Delivery Information

WE SHIP ONLY TO MAINLAND UK.

All shipping is free to the UK mainland for orders over £100, otherwise the shipping cost is fixed at roughly 10% of order.

Any item bought before 12:00 we endeavour to dispatch the same day but we cannot guarantee this for all circumstances.

We aim to get your purchased item on your door step within 3 – 5 working days. However, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

If for any reason your item does not arrive after 28 days please email us via sales@disco-equipment-sales.co.uk and let us know. Once we have all the information we need we will try to solve the problem as quickly as possible. This process may take up to 3 days but as soon as we have information we will forward it to you.

Once we have an answer we will confirm with you before acting.

If for any reason we cannot send your item we will contact you letting you know the reason and an alternative.

We reserve the right to refund your item without prior notice due to stock problems or any other problems that arise.
